International Quotations System (SIC)

The International Quotations System (SIC) is a platform that allows investing in stocks and Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) whose securities were listed in other parts of the world.

In recent years, the SIC has been strengthened thanks to the SIC Circular Rules published in 2016, which have sought to make the operation of foreign-listed securities more efficient and accessible. Indeval manages the Custodian mechanisms coordinated with global custodians, enabling the effective integration of the SIC into the secondary market of the Mexican securities market.
