Liberación de nuevas funcionalidades en apego a la nueva regulación europea (CSDR - Central Securities Depository Regulation)

We are pleased to inform you that yesterday, Thursday, January 27, 2022, the new functionalities developed by Indeval following the new European regulation CSDR (Central Securities Depository Regulation) were successfully implemented in production, which will enter into force on February 1, 2022.

2. Partial Settlement

3. Bilateral Cancellation

Please be reminded that the cash penalty mechanism for all  transaction that fail to settle on the agreed Settlement Date will come into effect as of February 1, 2022.   Any instruction with an agreed settlement date prior to February 1, 2022 that is pending settlement on the date penalties are enforced will be subject to these.
